This past Friday night the Lafayette Lancers traveled to Cedar Hill’s Northwest High School to take on the Lions. The end result was not what the Lions would have hoped for on homecoming, but that’s not to say they didn’t play with heart. There were good moments for the Lions, but in the end the score was not something what the Lions wanted. Trey Davis and Jack Watson connected for a couple of nice passes. Dalton Hografe had a solid game for the Lions as well. One of the key figures in this game was Lafayette’s Caden Phipps. One thing is for certain about that young man, when he’s given the football it’s gonna take more than one player from the opposition to bring him down. He’s smart, he’s big, he’s strong, bottom line; Caden Phipps is really good at football! Next up for the Lions will be the Mehlville Panthers. I hope you enjoy the images I captured this week, make sure to look for them in this week’s Leader, hopefully a couple will make the print copy! 🙂 I’ll post the link to the full gallery of images below, just a reminder that we fully edit the images upon purchase. Have a great week everyone!
OH! P.S. – I took a TON of photos of Coach Liz Green’s Lion Cheerleaders, Coach Wells Lionettes, and World Famous Band Director and Mystery Alaska (GREAT MOVIE) aficionado Brett Dunsford’s Spirt of Northwest Band. So there are two galleries within the link this week! Homecoming, gotta capture as much of the festivities as possible.
