I photographed one of the most exciting games of the season last Friday night between the Northwest Lions and Seckman Jaguars. This football game has become quite the rivalry folks. Neither team was willing to concede to the other and just like last year the game came down to a final drive and defensive stand to maintain the victory. Although this year the teams traded places and the Lions from Northwest High School came away with the victory. There were great performances from Northwest’s Trey Davis and Johnny Daffron, as well as Seckman’s Joe Stuckmeyer and Necho Mason. This upcoming week the Jaguars will host the Mehlville Panthers and Lions will take on the Lafayette Lancers in Cedar Hill for their Homecoming game. I’ll be covering the latter game for The Leader & the amazing Mrs. Rigdon will be covering the Parkway South/Eureka game.
